The Faction Swimming Carnival will be held in Week 5 on Friday 6th March 2026. All students in Years 3-10 are expected to attend and participate, as well as any Year Two students that are confident to complete 25m of at least two strokes.
During Physical Education lessons, I will be taking students down to the pool, in preparation for the carnival. These lessons will occur on the following dates. Please indicate if you are available to help at any of the times below to assist me and help supervise students at the pool:
Year 3-6
Week 2- Tuesday 10th February, Friday 13th February
Week 3- Tuesday 17th February, Friday 20th February
Week 4- Tuesday 24th February, Friday 27th February
Week 5- Tuesday 3rd March

Year 7-10
Week 1- Wednesday 4th February

Students will need to be prepared for lessons and remember to pack their bathers, towel, thongs, goggles (if required), sunscreen, water bottle and a hat (please make sure all items are clearly labelled).
